Here we present an interactive tool to visualize the distribution of bacteria content in human belly buttons as it relates to demographic information and level of personal hygiene. We analyze a dataset with 153 samples, including demographic information and personal washing frequency along with the frequency distribution of unique bacteria species (OTUs) found for each participant. Use the drop-down menu to select a subject by ID number and visualize the corresponding bacteria data.
